How do I receive my order?
At this time, we only offer NYC pickup and drop-off. Once your order is placed, you will receive details regarding pickup or drop-off arrangements.
Do you ship orders?
No, we are currently only offering NYC pickup and drop-off. Shipping is not available at this time.
Do the items come as a set?
Yes. All orders come as a matching set, which includes both the top and bottom.
Can I choose different sizes for the top and bottom?
No. Each set comes in one size only, meaning the top and bottom will be the same size.
What is your return or exchange policy?
Returns and exchanges are only accepted within 2 days of receiving your order. After 2 days, all sales are final.
When can I receive a refund?
Refunds are only issued if the product arrives damaged. Please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order and provide clear photos of the damage.
What if I ordered the wrong size?
Because each set comes with the top and bottom in the same size, please review the size chart carefully before placing your order. We do not accept returns or exchanges after the 2-day window.

Please contact us as soon as possible within 2 days of receiving your order. Include your order details and photos of the damaged item so we can review your request.
